The Reintroduction Roadmap

Confident steps toward food freedom—for you and your baby.

You’re ready to move beyond food restrictions.

You want to feel confident that your child is getting enough nutritionally — and that you are, too, if you're breastfeeding on a restricted diet.

You’re eager to expand your diet and reclaim some normalcy.

But with so much conflicting advice…
Which step actually moves you forward — and which one sets you back?

If you're like I was, you’re not just looking for answers — you’re carrying the weight of every decision.

You’ve read the blogs, joined the groups, saved the posts — and you're still second-guessing everything.

The Relief Roadmap isn’t just more information.

It’s a clear, supportive path that helps you reintroduce dairy and other foods with hand-holding guidance from someone who has done this successfully with her own babies and strategically knows how to help you with complicated food trials and what to do when it “doesn't go as planned.”

HI I'M SUSANNA!

I'm Susanna, founder of Fed Well Baby and a Holistic Wellness Coach — but most importantly, I’m a mom to three children who each struggled with food reactions as infants.

I’ve personally navigated the fears, frustrations, and unknowns of reintroducing foods. My youngest is still working through dairy reintroduction, so I understand how to navigate those longer, more challenging journeys — and what to focus on to get results.

I’ve developed a unique approach you won’t find anywhere else — one that’s rooted in real-life practice, not just theory.

I’ve helped many families over the last 8 years move through this anxiety-driven season with confidence and calm.

I’m going to help you short-cut all the steps and keep the process simple, clear, and successful.

My Reintroduction Roadmap method isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.

It’s designed to meet both your child’s unique needs and your own.

Because reintroducing foods that once caused reactions? It can feel overwhelming. (Raise your hand if you’re there right now.)

01

I’ve been in your shoes — with my first, extremely sensitive baby who now eats everything.
Back then, I got conflicting advice from doctors and found almost no practical resources that applied to our situation.

02

There’s still no standardized approach in the U.S. for reintroducing non-IgE allergens.
So I combined my professional background in with my real-life experience as a mom, and created a method I’ve used with my own children — and with many other families I’ve coached through this exact process.

This isn’t just more information.
It’s the guidance that finally moves you forward — with clarity, confidence, and real results.

Why food ladders alone aren't enough and why we don't recommend “just giving yogurt.”

Food ladders are a helpful starting point, but they only tell part of the story.

They don’t account for your child’s unique sensitivities, nutritional needs, or how to handle setbacks.

They don’t guide you on reintroducing foods through breastmilk or offer personalized troubleshooting when reactions happen.

Just trialing yogurt or cheese, doesn't give us real answers about how your child is handling different forms of dairy.

That’s why this method goes beyond ladders and flippant food trials.

The Reintroduction Roadmap gives you a tailored, step-by-step approach designed to fit your child’s needs and your family’s journey — with clear guidance, practical tools, and expert support every step of the way.

I’m going to share the fastest way to successfully pass foods — and exactly how to troubleshoot when things don’t go as planned.

All tailored specifically to your unique situation, so you’re never left guessing or overwhelmed.

The Transformation You Can Expect

You’ll move from second-guessing every bite…
To knowing exactly what to do — with a clear, personalized plan that works for your family.

Helping you feel confident with a solid path forward to help your child - even if a food ends up being a fail.

Passing foods quicker and more strategically, especially if you cut out several!

The course gave me much needed guidance in reintroducing foods to my daughter. It helped ease my anxiety of knowing what foods to trial and when.

The Reintroduction Roadmap is simple, easy to read, and so helpful. When I logged in, I quickly saw this process doesn’t have to be scary or confusing! The steps were simple and clear — perfect for a stressed mom wanting to move past intolerances. We started reintroduction at 11 months, and my son has fully passed the dairy ladder and is now moving onto soy!

I would 100% recommend this course to others. The course has been so informative and it has armed me with the best tools and resources to prepare myself and baby to reintroduce allergens. It has been so helpful in explaining to other people how his allergies affect him differently than traditional reactions people think of.

You’ll get the real-life, practical details that generic online searches — even ChatGPT — just can’t provide.

01

Confirm that YOUR child is ready to begin the reintroduction process.

02

Figure out the priority of foods to reintroduce based on nutritional value and YOUR child.

03

Grasp what foods require a reintroduction ladder and how to keep it easy.

04

Identify the best sources of food for least chance of reactions for YOUR child

05

Follow our specific gut health protocol designed food reactivity if your child needs extra support.

06

Gain confidence about the timing of how long to watch for reactions from real experience.

This course includes the classic food ladders you’ve heard about—but it goes far beyond. You’ll get a clear, step-by-step system for reintroducing foods through breastmilk and directly to your child, with personalized guidance that delivers real answers and confidence.

This course is going to help you figure out tricky situations that I have been asked about so many times over the years:

"I can't tell if this is actually a reaction or something else"

"What does it mean if my child vomits or has an immediate reaction?"

"What if my child doesn't eat enough of the food trial or refuses all together?"

"If we fail, how long do I have to wait to trial again?"

"If there's a reaction, what kind of professional do we need to see?"

"What situations make sense to reintroduce via breast milk?"

"When exactly can I consume the food we just trialed?"

"What if my child is fine but I react to the food?"

...and so many more questions that this course answers!

When you're ready to begin Day 1 of Reintroduction, you'll head to the Day 1 section of the course and follow the specific instructions for that day.

Each day of the reintroduction process you'll be prompted with several buttons with different scenarios so that you can choose the one that most aligns with what is going on with your child.

BONUS

FAQ

There are lots of ladders online and information about reintroduction in Facebook groups. Why would I need to pay for a course?

As far as what you can find on the web or Facebook groups, not much has changed in the last 7 years since I started the reintroduction process for my first child. Back in the day, I was left with lots of unanswered questions. Today I find many other moms in Facebook groups who are at a similar stage as I was, and are still looking for these answers.  Most of what I learned was digging deeper into science, my nutrition education, and LOTS of trial and error that this course is designed to help you avoid.

Is this something that I can do alongside guidance from my doctor?

Absolutely! We always emphasize that communication with your doctor should be foremost, and you definitely want to get the ok from your doctor to reintroduce, before you start trialing any foods.

We are still trying to figure out my child's food triggers and did a TED or Top 12 elimination. Can I use this course to reintroduce foods back to my diet to see what is causing issues?

The course will be helpful to know what order to reintroduce from a nutritional standpoint and there is a lot of updated content about reintroducing via breastmilk specifically,  but this course is mostly designed for those who have CONFIRMED a food to be an issue already. For the type of support you are talking about, we recommend clicking HERE.

My child tested positive for IgE allergies or has FPIES. Can I use this course to reintroduce foods?

NO! This course is NOT for your child. IgE allergies and FPIES are in their own categories and reintroduction should be done under the careful guidance of an allergist.

Do we need to do allergy testing before doing this course?

If your pediatrician does not think that it is necessary to do allergy testing before reintroducing  the food(s) you wish to trial, then no. Always check with your pediatrician!

Is this course self-paced? Can I start at any time?

Yes! Everything is text-based and easy to read before you even begin your reintroduction trial.  The only timed portion of the course is the daily prompts that you click on each day for the actual reintroduction trial.

Is there interaction with other students?

At this time there is not a specific student component.

We've already started reintroducing some foods via ladders. Is this course still for us?

Yes! There is so much in this course that goes deeper than basic ladder info. There are three entire modules dedicated to changing your mindset about food, learning how to find quality food sources, and determining the best sources of dairy, eggs. vegetables, meat, etc. to have in your child's diet for optimal health. You also may really appreciate the links to specific brands of foods you can use to trial for dairy, soy and egg ladders!

I'm not planning on reintroducing foods for awhile. Should I hold off on this course for now?

You can 100% benefit by going ahead and enrolling so that you can start learning and  implementing principles from the first few modules, which will help you prep for the reintroduction process. You can also start to shift your diet toward healthier food options now! \

I'm not in the USA. Will the food brands you link to in the bonus reintroduction ladders be accessible to me?

The only guarantee we can make for the availability of the food brands in our reintroduction ladders are for those people based in the USA. Some of the food links are from Vitacost.com, which ships worldwide, but it is hard to know if that particular product will ship to your particular country. That being said, the specific food links will still be really helpful to help you narrow down ideas for finding something similar.

Will the course content go away?

No! You’ll have access for the lifetime of the course, for as long as Fed Well Baby continues to offer the Reintroduction Roadmap course.

What makes this course unique?

We are proud to be the first and most comprehensive  reintroduction course focused exclusively on reintroducing foods based on a history of infant food reactions. This course is unique because it's not just focused on reintroducing for the sake of reintroducing, but intentionally creating a long-lasting legacy of health for you and your child through food.

let's consider the real cost of not getting intentional in this season

My friend, you spent all of this time and energy eliminating foods. It was a lot of hard work, sacrifices, and tears.

You and your little one deserve to invest in a valuable and intentional resource like this for the next phase of your journey.
